MethyRNA

:: DESCRIPTION

MethyRNA was developed to identify the N⁶-methyladenosine (m⁶A) sites in H. sapiens andM. musculus. It was observed by the rigorous cross-validation test that the accuracies achieved 90.38% and 88.89% for identifying m⁶A in the above mentioned species, respectively.
