MethyRNA – Identificationof N6-methyladenosine Sites

:: DESCRIPTION

MethyRNA was developed to identify the N6-methyladenosine (m6A) sites in H. sapiens andM. musculus. It was observed by the rigorous cross-validation test that the accuracies achieved 90.38% and 88.89% for identifying m6A in the above mentioned species, respectively.
