GprotPRED – Detection of distinct Galpha families, Gbeta and Ggamma subunits of heterotrimeric G-proteins

GprotPRED

:: DESCRIPTION

GprotPRED is an online tool that uses profile Hidden Markov Models (pHMMs) for the four known heterotrimeric Galpha protein families, the Gbeta and the Ggamma subunit in order to classify a set of protein sequences into the appropriate G-protein family.
