XperimentR is a user friendly web enabled software tool that has been designed to ease the pain of annotating biological experiments and laboratory processes. At the centre of XperimentR is a graphical representation of the experimental workflow where nodes of the graph represent physical objects (biological materials, containers, assays) and arcs in the graph represent processes (for instance experimental protocols).
