COTH – Co-Threading of Protein-Protein Complex Structures

COTH

:: DESCRIPTION

COTH (CO-THreader) is a multiple-chain protein threading algorithm which is designed to identify and recombine protein complex structures from both tertiary and complex structure libraries. It first generates complex query-template alignments based on sequence profile-profile alignment assisted by the ab initio binding-site predictions from BSpred. The monomer structures from tertiary template library are then combined into the complex framework by structure superposition

FastContact 2.0 – Energy Scoring tool for Protein-protein Complex Structures

FastContact 2.0

:: DESCRIPTION

FastContact provides a fast estimate of the interaction free energy between two proteins. Because it is based on folding data, the estimate is robust and does not require to be re-parameterized as more complex structures become available.
