DrugThatGene – Streamlines Analysis of potential Therapeutic Targets identified from Functional Genetic Screens

DrugThatGene

:: DESCRIPTION

DrugThatGene is a a web-based application to automate the analysis of potential therapeutic targets and/or therapeutic pathways identified from functional genetic screens. DTG integrates data from human genetic databases and small molecule databases (See ‘Databases Utilized by DrugThatGene’ heading). A list of “hits” from a pooled CRISPR screen is required in order to use DTG to aid in the identification of drugs/small molecules.

MAGeCKFlute 1.6.0 – Analysis of pooled CRISPR Functional Genetic Screens

MAGeCKFlute 1.6.0

:: DESCRIPTION

MAGeCKFlute is designed to support downstream analysis, utilizing the gene summary data provided through MAGeCK or MAGeCK-VISPR. Quality control, normalization, and screen hit identification for CRISPR screen data are performed in pipeline. Identified hits within the pipeline are categorized based on experimental design, and are subsequently interpreted by functional enrichment analysis.
