MIMTool is an interactive tool for drawing Molecular Interaction Maps in MIM notation. It contributes a novel semi-automatic orthogonal drawing engine which minimizes bends and crossovers when edges are drawn. As output, it generates SBML, MIMML and pdf files of the drawn maps.
