MaryGold 0.2 – Variation Analysis of Metagenomic Samples

MaryGold 0.2

:: DESCRIPTION

MaryGold is an algorithm for finding and visualising variation within and between metagenome sequence datasets. By decomposing contig graphs into bi- and triconnected components MaryGold generates potential source-sink pairs of a bubbles that represent sequence variation.
