CADLIVE 2.75 – Computer-Aided Design of LIVing systEm

CADLIVE 2.75

:: DESCRIPTION

CADLIVE (Computer-Aided Design of LIVing systEms) is a comprehensive computational tool for constructing large-scale biological network maps, analyzing the topological features of them, and simulating their dynamics. Using CADLIVE, we rationally design a biological system at the molecular interaction level for an engineering purpose.
