ANGULATOR – Angular Trends Of Repeat Proteins

ANGULATOR

:: DESCRIPTION

Angulator is a tool for the geometrical analyis of solenoid shaped repeat protein structures, such as leucine-rich repeat (LRR) proteins.The program calculates the curvature, twist, and lateral bending angles for each repeat winding relative to its predecessor, representing each repeat by a plane spanned by three Cα positions.
