Koadarray is fully automatic array image analysis software which can process single or multiple array images entirely unattended. It automatically finds the spot locations within each image and accurately quantifies the spot intensity data. Koadarray is also very fast, a 5000 spot image may be fully analysed and quantified in 30 seconds with an average computer.

ProPAS is used to calculate the basic property of peptides/proteins. The properties include the Isoelectric point (pI), Mass weight (MW) and Hydrophobicity (Hy). Additionally, amino acid composition of all peptides/proteins in the list was also calculated.
