rBAN

:: DESCRIPTION

rBAN is a tool to map the monomers of a non-ribosomal peptide within its chemical structure. Given a structure in SMILES format the tool returns its image with the correspondent monomer labels. The results can also be downloaded as a JSON file containing the monomeric graph.
