TOPO2
:: DESCRIPTION
TOPO2 is an open source program written in Python for the creation of transmembrane protein 2D topology images. It makes no attempt to predict the TMDs that it displays. The user needs to supply that information. Residues of interest can be highlighted, if desired.

Thank you for providing such great tools. I tried the TOPO2 web version to analyze the structure of transmembrane proteins, the web version is really friendly to those non-English speaker, I appreciate that a lot and I am going to submit my manuscript (with a structure predicted on topo2 web version) but now the link seems not work anymore.
Is there a new website or anything wrong with the old ones?
