GGV is a webtool designed to share large genomic datasets with important stakeholders, including research partners, policy makers, clinicians and the public.

PlasmoView is a web-tool that facilitates the investigation of Plasmodium falciparum polymorphisms across populations in malaria endemic regions and the presentation of allele frequencies on maps. It is an instance of the GGV tool.
