HCCDB

:: DESCRIPTION

HCCDB is a web-based database , which provides the visualization for the results from several computational analyses, including differential expression analysis, tissue-specific and tumor-specific expression analysis, survival analysis, and co-expression analysis. And it also provides links to third-party databases on drug, proteomics, and literatures. Users can browse or search these results through a simple web-based interface.
