GREAM allows to analyze the distribution of repeat elements in the gene neighborhood region of seventeen mammalian species (such as Human, Mouse, Rat, Dog, Monkey, Gorilla, Gibbon, Cow, Marmoset, Opposum, Platypus, Elephant, Orangutan, Rabbit, Horse, Pig and Chimpanzee).
