T2DAG

:: DESCRIPTION

T2-DAG is an R package of DAG-informed two-sample test for mean difference in the vector of gene expression levels of a pathway. In addition to gene expression data, the method efficiently leverages axiliary pathway information on gene interactions through a linear structural equation model.
