Pro-origami is a system for automatically generating protein structure cartoons. The cartoons are intended to make protein structure easy to interpret by laying out the secondary and super-secondary structure in two dimensions in a manner that makes the structure clear.

Hi, I’m a PhD student at UC Santa Cruz. I’d like to use Pro-origami to make a topology diagram of a protein’s structure that I solved with X-ray crystallography; however, the link says “server not found” whenever I click on it. I’m using Safari, but I also tried in Firefox and had the same result. Thanks.
