NORINE / MyNorine
:: DESCRIPTION
NORINE is a platform that includes a database of nonribosomal peptides together with tools for their analysis. Norine currently contains more than 1000 peptides.
MyNorine is an interface to simplify the entry of new peptides in the database. By this way, any scientist working on a given peptide can contribute to Norine by adding his NRP and become a curator.
